GLOSSARY LETTER
The "Articles of Incorporation" (also called "Articles of Association") are the constitutive documents describing the governance of a company. Among others, this document describes the various categories of Shareholders, their respective rights (E.g. information and voting rights, distribution of dividends and Liquidation proceeds) and obligations (E.g. disbursement of subscribed capital), the frequency of conveyance of board meetings and of the general Shareholders' assembly, the mechanisms to amend key aspects of the company's Corporate governance.
